Kye & Glenn race their C2 F18 catamaran most weekends during the Summer. Its a great way to hang out together and also learn lots each week from the people they compete with.

The F18 class allows for boats to be developed within some defined parameters and so there is always someone trying something new but also a real willingness to share information to keep the fleet racing close.

The F18 class is an incredible physical boat to sail and after a hard days racing we are both exhausted from all the explosive manoeuvres required. A good example is the spinnaker hoists where each second lost in your spinnaker raise equates to approx one boat length - so speed is king!
